MSC is the authorized dealer. Warranty work may be done at our Ahilya Nagar service centre or as the manufacturer directs. Warranty does not cover misuse, water, lightning, unauthorised repair, or normal wear.
This site does not sell goods at a click. Cancellation or return applies only to a confirmed order, on the terms written in that quote (for example unused stock, wrong dispatch, or a manufacturing fault).
Opened, installed, or custom-configured goods are not returnable except where the law or the manufacturer requires it.
