A quote from MSC is valid only for the period stated on it, or 15 days if none is stated, and only for the models, quantities, and city we confirmed.

An order exists only when MSC accepts it in writing (email, WhatsApp, or a signed quotation) and, where we ask, you have paid the agreed advance.

Taxes, freight, and packing are extra unless the quote says they are included.

We may refuse or cancel an enquiry if stock, import, or credit checks fail.

Specifications, wattage, images, and features come from Ahuja, SM Professional, and other manufacturers. We correct errors when we find them. Confirm critical specs on the quote before you order.

Brand names and logos belong to those companies. MSC is an authorized distributor, not the manufacturer.

Do not scrape, overload, or attack the site; do not post unlawful content; do not create accounts for others without permission.

Customer accounts and price lists are for the person we issued them to. Do not share logins.
