Products are billed and delivered through the nearest dealer. MSC confirms which dealer covers your city when we accept the order.
We start delivery only after the order is confirmed. Freight, insurance, and taxes are as agreed on that quote. The website has no shipping calculator and no cart checkout.
Working days
For confirmed orders in Maharashtra we deliver products in 24 hours on working days.
Working days follow our published hours (Monday–Friday and Saturday morning). Public holidays and force majeure (weather, strike, transport shutdown) can add time. We will tell you if that happens.
Dealer network
Outside Maharashtra, dispatch is through the nearest dealer or a transporter we nominate. Lead time is confirmed on the quote.

We export Ahuja and SM Professional (Studiomaster) products worldwide. We ship Ahuja and SM Professional products to buyers in all countries where those brands may lawfully be supplied.
Export orders need a confirmed quote: Incoterms, packing, documentation, duties, and the consignee’s address. Transit time depends on the carrier and customs, not the Maharashtra 24-hour rule.
Check cartons on arrival and note shortages or transit damage on the delivery receipt. Write to us within 48 hours with photos so we can raise a claim.
